Biogas in the Netherlands? Learn from 10 years of technical biogas experience in Germany
Did you, as an entrepeneur, ever wonder why biogas systems are not more commonplace in the Netherlands? Or why many attempts to succeed, small or large, are constantly threatening to fail? And why do our Eastern neighbours from Germany succeed?
The German Agricultural Organisation DLG e.V. organises together with five other German bioenergy organizations, BioEnergy Decentral 2010 in Hannover from 16-19 November. This international exhibition will after the succesfull edition in 2008 again be the meeting place for the international BioEnergy industry.
BioEnergy Decentral 2008 welcomed over 38000 professionals from many countries. 400 exhibitors presented their innovations, products and technologies. Parallel with BioEnergy Decentral, Eurotier 2010, the world’s top event for animal production takes place.
To encourage the Dutch agricultural sector, government and energy consultants to visit BioEnergy Decentral 2010, DLG Benelux organises on 6 October an informative congress as a preview to the BioEnergy Decentral 2010. This preview focuses on the theme "Learning from 10 years of biogas experience in Germany”.
During the congress all aspects of biogas technology will be discussed. From existing experiences in the Netherlands, to new comprehensive knowledge from Germany. Also legislation and funding issues will be discussed. What is already possible in the Netherlands, which support does Europe actually give and how the Germans have settled their affairs. In short, what opportunities are there for Dutch entrepreneurs in biogas technology?
